Danny Meyer has taken to Twitter to inform New York that he'll be indulging in nostalgia at the Union Square Café today: He's taking the maitre d' shift for lunch. "Will feel like old times especially with PBB behind the bar!" Impressive, but we'd still like to see him slinging burgers during the Shake Shack's lunchtime rush. [Via Eater]
