Restaurants and bars, they come and they go. Here are a few making their debuts and bowing out this week.

Charlie Palmer's Métrazur is serving its last tonight at Grand Central Terminal. An Apple store is said to be taking its place.

Little Veselka, the to-go Veselka outpost above the Second Avenue F train stop, has closed and will be replaced by a S'Mac satellite.

Old-school Italian joint Tonio's in Park Slope has closed its doors for good after 19 years in business.

Viceroy, in Chelsea, another old-timer, has given up the ghost after 18 years in operation.

Olivia's, a Mediterranean-themed restaurant on 9th Street in the East Village, has closed and the space is up for lease.

Yet another rustic Italian with a brick oven pops up. Bread & Tulips on Park Avenue South will offer gourmet pies topped with things like pickled ramps, lardo, and egg.

Piazza Seventeen is doing Roman-inspired food over in Nolita, including pizzas both square and weighed to order, and round.

The team behind the Ballroom at the Jane Hotel and the Smile has opened the Westway, a dance bar, in a former West Village strip club.

Park Slope gets a new wine bar with Wolf and Deer, from the owners of Miriam. It boasts a list of 80 international wines, plus craft beers.

Potbelly Sandwich Works has arrived. The first New York outpost of this Chicago mainstay lands in the FiDi, with locations in Flatiron and Midtown coming later this year.
