The Bearded Lady Set to Soft Open in Prospect Heights Tomorrow Night

Last month, we told you about the Bearded Lady, which was getting ready to grace Washington Avenue in Prospect Heights. Now, the bar has announced its soft opening tomorrow night.
Nothing fancy at the Bearded Lady
According to Prospect Heights Patch, the bar will start by serving bottled beer and hopes to add its custom-built eight-tap draft system in a few weeks. Co-owner Patrick Britton says it will be more of a beer-and-a-shot joint than anything fancy, vowing that there will be "no $11 cocktails." He does, however, hope to add small plates soon.
