Former New York Times restaurant critic and food writer Bryan Miller interviews Iron Chef Marc Forgione, who started out working for his father, Larry Forgione, sometimes referred to as the "godfather of New American cuisine," at age 16. Tickets are $16.

Sip something refreshing at this $50 four-course cocktail pairing. Drinks include a spiced margarita, to go with ancho-chili-marinated salmon, and a blood orange-mint mojito paired with grilled lamb chops and polenta cake.

Sample free Korean specialties, like kalbi, japchae, and plenty of kimchi, at this second annual day-long celebration. There will also be a lesson in dduk (rice cakes), as well as kimchi and bibimbap, and the chance to win a trip to Korea.
