Lauren Shockey Eric Ripert sure can cook salmon.
It's only Tuesday and we've already come to the end of this week's Where Am I Eating? An interesting range of guesses this week, but the pictured dish -- barely cooked wild salmon with asparagus "risotto," smoked pistachio pesto, and salmon roe -- was from none other than the esteemed seafood hub Le Bernardin.
