Restaurants and bars, they come and they go. Here are a few making their debuts and bowing out this week.

Williamsburg coffee shop and live jazz spot Blackbird Parlor has been closed and the phone disconnected. A Starbucks might be moving in.

Fay Da Bakery, in Midtown, is no longer sharing a space with Lunch Box Buffet. They plan on moving nearby.

Piano Due and its accompanying bar, Palio, are no more. Apparently, they've been closed since May and no one noticed.

The Upper East Side location of 2nd Avenue Deli is finally open. Expect the same menu as at the Midtown East location.

Rocker-turned-chef Curtis Brown, formerly of Bubby's, is launching the Cardinal, a North Carolina-accented Southern spot in the East Village.

Bon Chon soft-opened its new Midtown location with a menu of Korean fried chicken, dubboki, bulgogi, and a Seoul steak bowl.

Murray Hill gets a new sports bar with Highland Park, which features 24 TVs, 22 draft beers, 46 whiskeys, and fancy pub grub.

The East Village is getting a new Singaporean restaurant with Masak. Dishes will include tamarind-braised pork leg and grilled whole fish stuffed with sambal.

Zito's Sandwich Shoppe is opening in Park Slope, specializing in locally cured meats from Faicco's Italian Specialties, Salumeria Biellese, and Ottamanelli & Sons.
