Clambake & Kelso Beer Dinner
The Vanderbilt
Tuesday, August 2, 7:30 p.m.

The brewery and restaurant are practically neighbors anyway, so it makes sense that they join forces for this beer-pairing dinner. On the menu: your classic summer clambake, plus tomato and watermelon salad and St. Louis barbecue pork steak. Tickets are $50.

Farm to Table in New York City
Hudson Square Courtyard
Thursday, August 4, 6 p.m.

Sample dishes featuring produce from Katchkie Farm, a 60-acre organic farm upstate, such as heirloom cauliflower and raisin toast, heirloom tomato and zucchini ratatouille, and shaved fennel and artichoke salad, alongside meats, cheeses, and wines from within a 100-mile radius. Proceeds from the $75 tickets go toward the Sylvia Center.

Summer BBQ Blow Out Festival
City Winery
Saturday, August 6, noon

Finger on the Pulse hosts this 1,000-person barbecue, block party, and concert, featuring dishes by Sam Talbot of Imperial No. Nine, Daniel Holzman of the Meatball Shop, Noah Bernamoff of Mile End, and the Kremer brothers of Dos Toros. Admission is $60.
