This one is a stumper, isn't it! Some decent guesses coming in, but none are really that close, so here's a small clue to help you on your way to winning a free cookbook.
One commenter guessed that the pictured dish was corn latkes. They aren't latkes, but there is corn in the dish, plus another harder-to-see vegetable.
