Although both Elaine and Elaine's have passed into the Great Beyond, there's still a chance to get a piece of Elaine Kaufman's legendary restaurant, which closed in May following Kaufman's death last December.

The Times' City Room reports that furniture, kitchen implements, and fixtures from Elaine's will be auctioned off by Doyle New York on September 20. Among the memorabilia is Table No. 1, which, with its four chairs, is expected to go for $400 to $600. Artwork, posters, books, and signed baseballs from Kaufman's apartment -- including a couple of Warhols and a Hockney -- will also be up for auction.

Also on the market: the two buildings that housed her restaurant, and Kaufman's apartment, the latter of which her will decreed be sold to pay off real estate taxes and $230,000 in bequests to several relatives and employees.
