M. Wells to Moonlight at the All-Clad Food Truck This Sunday
M. Wells isn't quite ready to reopen just yet, but if you've been missing Hugue Dufour's kooky cooking as much as we have, here's some good news: He and wife Sarah Obraitis will be manning the All-Clad Food Truck in Long Island City this Sunday, September 25, from 1 to 3 p.m.
All's well when M. Wells is manning the stove.
According to Mouthing Off, the truck will be parked at Center Boulevard, near 48th Avenue. Part of the All-Clad Chefs Tour, it will serve M. Wells' celebrated sautéed veal brains ... for free. So, yeah, it's sure to be mobbed. But, if you were a patron of the diner, you were already used to that.
