Octopus With Green Olives, Harissa, and Labne at Zoe, Dish No. 12
Located on the Lower East Side, Zoe is the latest project of New York chef Zoe Feigenbaum, who won the Chef Academy reality show against eight competitors.
One of her best dishes is an appetizer of tender octopus arms in a curvy salad with flat-leaf parsley, the Middle Eastern and North African spice paste harissa, a dab of super-thickened labne yogurt, and a strew of sharp-tasting green olives. An altogether delicious octopod experience.
