Open and Closed: Say Hello to Isa; Goodbye to Moonshine Bar

Restaurants and bars, they come and they go. Here are a few making their debuts and bowing out this week. If you hear of any new openings or closings, let us know.

Moonshine Bar, in Red Hook, has announced it's closing on its Facebook page. The bar was known to have one of the only working cigarette machines in the city.

Park Avenue South is getting a new high-end bar specializing in bubbly. Winston's Champagne Bar will pour producers like Billiot and Egly-Ouriet.

Murray Hill is getting a new Indian. Old Delhi will serve samosas, lamb Madras rolls, and chaat, to eat in or take out.

Zoë Feigenbaum's eponymous restaurant on the Lower East Side will serve up dishes like tongue tacos, octopus, and oysters.

The West Village location of Fatty 'Cue has quietly opened, with a broader menu than the Brooklyn restaurant's that includes greens (!), Thai cocktail service, and desserts by Micah Phillips.

Frankies 570 Spuntino will bring beloved menu items like the braciola, cavatelli with sausage, and meatball parmigiana to the West Village, plus a few new dishes. [NY Times]

Taavo Somer's long-awaited Isa's menu will feature consommé with egg yolk and cabbage, and duck with sweet potato leaves and yogurt.
