Thanks to Fork in the Road San Francisco correspondent Tracy Van Dyk for forwarding this image. It turns out to be part of an ad campaign created by J. Walter Thompson Kuwait for the International Vegetarian Union, an organization with roots in Britain, Germany, and France founded in 1908. The venerable purpose of this organization is to promote vegetarianism and veganism.
