Not so Ritzy
The latest fine-dining establishment to get slapped with a C grade from the Health Department is BLT Market, in the Ritz-Carlton Hotel on Central Park South.

According to the New York Post, violations included keeping food at unsafe temperatures, mold in the ice, and a fly infestation. The restaurant can always clean up its act and get re-evaluated, like Le Bernardin did after its initial C rating. In the meantime, looks like diners are already avoiding putting time in at the Ritz.
