In this disturbing video, a parenting "expert" explains to a "newsman" the strategies she uses for getting rid of "unhealthy" Halloween candy. A couple of her suggestions: Throw some away every night, break up the candy and bake it in fiber-bearing muffins, send it to the troops in Afghanistan -- except the chocolate.
