Where Was I Eating? Mark

Fork in the Road readers clearly know their burgers. Or, rather, sliders. The beef patty in question was, indeed, the regular original slider from St. Marks Place standby Mark. With its squishy potato roll, sautéed onions, and melty cheese, the burger style recalls that of White Castle, only significantly tastier. And at a reasonable $2.50 a pop, it's just about the same price.

Congratulations to Chris, who correctly named the burger joint. Please email me with your mailing address to claim your cookbook. Thanks to all who played, and see you back here next Monday for a whole new round of Where Am I Eating?
