The sushi-and-sake series is back, with dates throughout the fall. Learn how to make sushi rolls at home, and how to pair your fishy creations with sake. You'll get to sample your share of sushi and sake as you go. Admission is $85.

American Favorites with Anne Saxelby of Saxelby Cheese

Celebrate American Cheese Month this October with a monthlong series of cheese classes. Led by fromager Dimitri Saad, the first features dairy maven Anne Saxelby discussing her American faves. Tickets are $65 per class, or take all four classes for $220.

CHNY presents Paula Wolfert: The Food of Morocco

Cookbook author Paula Wolfert and radio host Linda Pelaccio discuss Wolfert's new book, The Food of Morocco. Come for the show and you'll get to taste dishes from the book. Tickets are $25 Culinary Historians of New York members and $40 for nonmembers.
