Kutsher's Talk & Tasting
Tenement Museum
October 24 at 6:30 p.m.

In anticipation of Zach Kutsher bringing a taste of his Catskills country club to Tribeca this fall, he and his restaurant partners will take part in a discussion about the restaurant, hosted by Jane Ziegelman, author of 97 Orchard. Tickets are $25, $20 for members.

Winemaker Dinner
Colicchio & Sons
Tuesday, October 25, 6:30 p.m.

Guests will get to taste rare releases from Napa Valley's Heitz Cellar, including the 1999 Martha's Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, during this four-course pairing. Dishes will include oxtail mezzaluna with dandelion greens and hen of the woods mushrooms, and Scottish wood pigeon with Brussels sprouts and glazed chestnut.

Sample chef Michael Vignola's winning menu from last year's Halloween Battle on Food Network's Chopped for $75 per person all weekend long. The menu features pumpkin lamb's heart tart with chocolate mole, and black chicken with huitlacoche crema.
