Bread & Tulips, the restaurant at Hotel Giraffe that just this week shared the recipe for its popular lamb burger, has a new chef.

Opening chef Benjamin Lambert has left the restaurant less than six months after it opened. His former sous-chef, Angel Hernandez, is now at the helm. Lambert, who previously cooked in D.C., has left New York altogether, it turns out, for the greener pastures of Maryland. He has taken over as executive chef at Four Seasons Baltimore. Hernandez will introduce his new fall menu later this week.
