Soon in restaurant form
The Kimchi Taco Truck is joining mobile eateries like the Big Gay Ice Cream Truck, the Mexicue Truck, and the Souvlaki GR Truck in the brick-and-mortar club, with its new restaurant, Kimchi Grill. The Brooklyn Ink profiles owner Phillip Lee, who plans to open later this month at 766 Washington Street in Prospect Heights.

The small restaurant will offer seating for 17, and, for now, the menu will be the same as what's available at the truck, with occasional specials. Only now you don't have to track Kimchi Taco's location online to get your fix of kim-cheesesteaks and signature tacos.
