Chef Torsten Ziebold has come up with a menu of 11 different riffs on the traditional pounded cutlet, breaded and fried, including two vegetarian options. There's also an India Schnitzel with creamy curry sauce and a Tonkatsu variation with miso-teryaki sauce. Dishes range from $16 to $18.
Discover sustainable meat at this five-day celebration of the farmers, markets, and chefs who raise, sell, and cook with it. Meat Week features tastings, butchering and cooking demos, market tours, panel discussions, and a Farmer Relief Fund for those affected by Tropical Storm Irene.

Join Ariane Daguin, founder of D'Artagnan, for this five-course meal and pairing featuring freshly foraged wild mushrooms and wines from North Square's wine cellar. Dishes include wild mushroom soup with shaved truffle, pan-seared scallops with porcini, and filet mignon with a mushroom tart. Ticket are $85.
