It's time for Tuesday Toasts, our weekly feature highlighting the Fork in the Road team's favorite versions of popular dishes and favorite spots in the city for a given activity. They might not be the best or the coolest or the newest, but instead represent the things and places that are near and dear to our hearts. Will the team have wildly diverging opinions, or do great minds think alike? There's only one way to find out. Up this week: Our Favorite Dim Sum Spots.

"Royal Seafood (103 Mott Street, 212-219-2338). It's smaller than most of the dim sum palaces, so it takes less time for the carts to reach you." --Robert Sietsema

"I usually go to Jing Fong (20 Elizabeth Street, 212-964-5256), which is vast and often packed, but I like the ambiance. Love the bean curd skin rolls and fish balls!" --Lauren Shockey

"Well, this isn't quite dim sum, but the small plates at Shanghai Asian Cuisine (14 Elizabeth Street, 212-964-5640) just make me happy, especially the wine-soaked chicken feet." --Victoria Bekiempis

"Jade Asian (136-28 39th Avenue, 718-762-8821) in Flushing. It's packed on weekends but worth the wait for top-notch buns, dumplings, and the best chicken feet in the five boroughs." --Lauren Bloomberg
