The Upper East Side has a rep for being filled with stodgy restaurants catering to a clientele that's likely to subsist on a strict regimen of Centrum Silver. Well, friends, the times they are a-changing. While it might not boast as many trendsetting eateries as, say, the Lower East Side or the East Village, a crop of new restaurants has helped the neighborhood become more of a dining destination.
