And so ends this week's Where Am I Eating? I was, in fact, eating at La Promenade des Anglais, Alain Allegretti's new Francophilic spot in Chelsea. The dish in question is a tasty lentil soup flecked with minced spinach and a poached egg bobbing in the middle.
