Bed-Stuy Gets Its Own Dollar-Slice Joint

New gastronomic asset at the corner of Nostrand and Fulton

The phenomenon of the dollar-slice joint continues to spread across the city like a spilled bottle of ink.

Latest appearance is right at the corner of Nostrand Avenue and Fulton Street, the busiest (and probably most high-rent) part of commercial Bedford-Stuyvesant. Competition is fierce nearby from Trinidadian roti shops, Dominican lunch counters, a KFC, A & A Bake and Doubles, a Checkers, a KFC, and a Golden Krust, among a half-dozen other eateries clustered near the corner.

There's another Roll and Go at Eighth Avenue and 38th Street in Manhattan.
