Well, the guesses are somewhat getting closer, but I'm not eating at ilili, ABA Turkish Restaurant, Khyber Pass, Mundo, or RedFarm. It seems like people are having trouble guessing what the dish even is, so I'll give you another big clue.
The dish in question is manti, although it's a somewhat fancified version.
