Starting this Monday, Eataly's pizza restaurant, Rossopomodoro, will lend its ovens to a rotating group of New York City's finest pizza makers for a series of dinners called Pizza a Quattro Mani, according to Serious Eats. Each Monday for six weeks, a new chef will create guest pizzas to be served alongside Rossopomodoro's usual menu. First up is Motorino's Mathieu Palombino, who'll be serving his signature brussels sprouts and pancetta pie; he'll be followed by pizzaiolos from Luzzo's, No. 28 Pizzeria, and Forcella.
