Starting Thursday, the New York Public Library will start offering food to its hungry researcher patrons, reports the New York Daily News. Two 'wichcraft kiosks are setting up in the Stephen A. Schwarzman building of the library as part of a one-year pilot program established in response to feedback from a user survey.

The stands, which according to the Times will be located in the building's main hall and the central corridor on the second floor, will offer standard 'wichcraft kiosk fare: coffee, pastries, and sandwiches. But nota bene: Library-goers are still forbidden to bring the food into reading areas.
