It's a dog-eat-dog world out there. Here are some of the dogs who got eaten this week. Know of any restaurants or bars opening or closing? Drop us a line.

Santorini Grill, a Mediterranean restaurant with a "pay what you want" policy, has shut down. [Gothamist]

Bun Soho is no longer in business, for now. [Grub Street]

Life Cafe is officially over: Half of its former space will be occupied by Ninth Street Espresso. [The Villager]

Cotan, a Japanese restaurant in the East Village, is kaput. [EV Grieve]

Nobody seems to have noticed until now that Ristorante Aglio, an Italian restaurant that opened three months ago in Tribeca, closed back in February. Tough times for Italian restaurants on that strip. [Tribeca Citizen]
