Photos: Lunch for Two at Eleven Madison Park
Eleven Madison has had a lot to celebrate in the past couple of weeks. It was named the 10th best restaurant in the world, and chef Daniel Humm took the Outstanding Chef title at the James Beard Foundation Awards last week.
The restaurant's menu comes in the form of a grid with 16 main ingredients. Diners choose four ingredients, and Humm constructs dishes from the preferences. What makes Eleven Madison stand out is that each dining experience is unique. You never know what you're going to get--and it's that element of surprise that keeps patrons coming back for more. Fork in the Road headed out to Eleven Madison Park for lunch ($74) and brought back a handful of photos.
