Congratulations to Bon who guessed Quantum Leap. I was eating their Black Bean Burger ($7.50) with grilled veggies on the side.
Quantum Leap is a vegan and vegetarian-friendly burger joint in Greenwich Village on Thompson Street. They aren't strictly burgers though.The menu has an extensive Mexican section, a select few Asian options (dumplings, seitan, and soba), and a good variety of fake meat entrees (vegetarian chicken).
