Free Food: Cooking Channel's Summer Eats Pop-Up

We love free food.

This Saturday, Cooking Channel will be hosting a free tasting and meet-and-greet with Baron Ambrosia and Eden Grinshpan on Saturday on behalf of the channel's second birthday. They will be featuring a selection of foods including buffalo wings, grilled squash quesadillas, pulled-pork sandwiches, and Brooklyn Brewery beer.

Summer Eats Pop-Up is a series of pop-ups across the country. Each event will provide complimentary, custom menus of food and beverages inspired by summer favorites and local dishes in each city.

The New York event will be held from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Smorgasburg on the East River Waterfront between North 6 and 7 streets.
