Vegan mac and cheese from Seasoned Vegan
Seasoned Vegan is about $6,500 away from reaching their goal to open a "Gourmet Vegan Soul Food" restaurant in Harlem. The mother-and-son duo, Brenda and Aaron Beener, have 60 hours to go.
