It's a sex toy! It's a dynamite stick! It's a... fish sausage?
Yep, these two foil-covered cylinders are indeed fish sausage.
They come two for $1 at some Chinatown grocery stores, and should be served at room temperature. They have the mouthfeel of lukewarm string cheese and taste like fish ball and can best be described as the seafood equivalent of a Slim Jim: perplexingly yummy.
