Grilled Khmer Sausage ($7.75)
The sausage sandwich is a perfect snack, and Ratha Chaupoly's Cambodian sandwich shop does a great one. The spicy, super-charred Brooklyn Bangers are split in half and layered with slaw, a feisty chile mayo, carrots, and cucumbers, all squashed into a warm, semolina-flour baguette. It's a very fine and fatty sandwich, though you should make sure to spread a napkin on your lap before you tackle it.
