Dellarocco, $15
Pasquale Cozzolino, whose work we enjoyed at PizzArte, is now turning out Neapolitan-style pizzas from a wood-burning oven in Brooklyn Heights. The pies are pricey but promising -- blistered puffs of crust with the texture of good naan, almost sweet, delightfully doughy. The Dellarocco, one of several white pizzas on the menu, is topped with smoked buffalo mozzarella, oil-soaked broccoli rabe, and sweet sausage.
