Schmackary's, a cookie eatery in Hell's Kitchen that just opened this past May, will soon be offering custom ice cream cookie sandwiches for $6.25. Flavors include pretty much everything you could want, including key lime, classic chocolate chip, coconut chip, maple bacon, cookies and cream, peanut butter cup, oatmeal scotchie, red velvet, peanut butter banana crunch, or lemon poppy seed. Imagine all that, and slop it on top of a vanilla bean gelato.

But it doesn't stop there. The bakery will also introduce some new shakes, including granola, cinnamon, and vanilla blend called Cinn-fully Oat‑rageous; the Graceland, a sweet and savory blend of chocolate, peanut butter, banana, and candied bacon; a rich red chocolate cream cheese mixture aptly called the Red Velvet; the Midnight Espress, with dark chocolate, espresso, and peanut butter; and the Malted Milkball with malted milk, black and white base, and Oreo bits. All shakes are $5.50.
