Swedish Crayfish Festival At Aquavit

There has been a lot of crustacean-roasting deals lately. Here's another to add to the month of August: a crayfish festival by Aquavit.
It's crayfish month in Sweden and starting August 13, chef Marcus Jernmark will offer a specialty menu with a half pound of peel-and-eat crayfish and a smorgasbord that includes crayfish herring and crayfish skagen among other seasonal favorites. Why August? Apparently a king in the 16th century ordered it for his sister's wedding dinner, and it eventually became popular across all social classes among the Swedes. The dinner just happened to fall on August.
The festival spans two weeks, from August 13 through 17 and 20 through 24. It is available at lunch for $32 per person and at dinner for $42 per person.
Lunch, 11:45 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.: $32 per person
Dinner, 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.: $42 per person
