Located in Hell's Kitchen, cookie shop Schmackary's is launching a back-to-school special. It's two cookies and a 12-ounce glass of local Hudson Valley milk or chocolate milk for $6. Cookie happy hour will be available seven days a week from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Taking into consideration that cookies already go for $2.75, just consider the milk practically free.
The cookie shop also just launched caramel-apple crunch and Sch'mores as a back-to-school flavor.
