This was a easy round. Mike Winston guessed it: it was a spicy redneck and a chihuahua from Crif Dogs at the East Village location --- not Williamsburg. Close though.
Crif Dogs is a great late night snack spot and for those cocktails mavens out there, the East Village location is connected to a not-so-secret bar called Please Don't Tell. The entrance is accessible via the phone booth inside Crif Dogs but reservations are recommended.
