We stumbled upon this cool invention for iPad kitchen users. It's called "Chef Sleeve." The product is basically a fitted plastic bag, but if you've ever attempted using an iPad for recipe reference during a cookie-making session, you know that it can get really messy.

From their website:

Chef Sleeves for iPad are the ideal solution to messy situations including spills, batter, powder and messy fingers. Simply slide the device into a sleeve and close the sticky strip. That's it. All ports, all sides, all surfaces are protected. No more back and forth between cooking and referencing the iPad and no more washing your hands 17 times just to follow one cookie recipe.

They come in packs of ten and go for $9.99 per pack. You can find them in Target.

@ForkintheRoadVV why not just slip a clear plastic bag over it or lay plastic wrap over it?
