How To Make Chilean Extra Virgin Olive Oil Martini From Olives
Today's cocktail recipe comes to us from Todd English over at Olives in Union Square. The Chilean Extra Virgin Olive Oil Martini is a specialty cocktail that's one of its more popular drinks. It doesn't have the thick, oily feel you might expect. There's a sort of robust freshness that comes with it.
