Great guesses. I was eating the salmon salad at Veselka. The pierogis and stuffed cabbages are usually my staples so I was hesitant to order a salad. There was absolutely no disappointment though. The big chunks of avocado, seasoned salmon fillet, and juicy cherry tomatoes were more than enough for a full meal.
