What happens when the dreamy but difficult-to-understand Chef Eric Ripert is joined in the kitchen by the surprisingly political Pink Floyd frontman, Roger Waters? Why, they cook shellfish on YouTube's Reserve channel, of course.
Ripert and Waters are the latest celebrity mashup to be featured on the channel. In their episode, Ripert notes his burgeoning desire to play guitar -- despite having never touched one -- while Waters discusses his intensely lefty politics. The whole affair plays out as the artistically inclined silver foxes peel langoustines and chat about atheism. Of course, there is also fire, wine and some "dopey" guitar playing. [via Esquire]
