Ivan Orkin and Shigetoshi Nakamura to Cook Ramen for Sandy Relief at Smorgasburg

Ivan Orkin, the New York-born, Tokyo-trained noodle aficionado and owner of Ivan Ramen, will bring his highly praised talents to Smorgasburg this weekend.
Orkin will team up with another ramen master, Shigetoshi Nakamura, in an effort to warm bellies and raise funds. The duo told Grub Street that they'll have enough supplies for 300 bowls of ramen, and will serve a "pretty standard bowl of nice, hot ramen," donating all of the day's proceeds to help Sandy relief efforts.
