Earlier this year, renowned Chicago chef Grant Achatz came to New York to create a pop-up version of his restaurant Alinea at Eleven Madison Park. After taking part in the 7 tablecloth experience, culinary icon Jean-George Vongerichten was left wanting one answer: Grant Achatz, what are you smoking?
In this video from Plate Magazine, Vongerichten appears noticeably blown away by his meal and is curious as to where Achatz finds inspiration. For his part, the Chicago chef simply answers, "I'm smoking dreams, man." [Eater]
