Momofuku Will Hold a Benefit to Support Governor
Governor Restaurant in Dumbo may have been severely damaged by Sandy but, fortunately, friends of Chef Brad McDonald are working hard to help the spot get back on its feet. On Saturday, November 17, David Chang and members of the Momofuku team will hold a benefit at Chang's cocktail bar, Booker and Dax, in Governor's honor.
The six-course affair will include dishes from Sean Gray of Momofuku Ko, Matt Rudofker of Ssäm Bar and beverages from Beth Lieberman and Tristan Willey. Chef McDonald will also be on the line at the $325 event. All proceeds from the meal will directly support Governor and tickets can be purchased here. [Grub Street]
