Savor the Bronx Restaurant Week

Sandy and a little snow can't stop Bronx restaurants from gearing up for the second annual Savor the Bronx Restaurant Week.
Special events begin Monday and more than 35 restaurants in the borough will offer discounted fare. Some restaurants like Riverdale Steak House will give a 15 percent discount. Many others like Pio Pio will serve lunch for $16.41 and dinner for $20.12.
Other restaurants like Lobster Box on City Island will serve special menus designed to lure customers who might have been deterred because of the weather and lack of transportation these past few weeks.
All the participating restaurants will offer specials until next Friday.
