When the Michelin-starred spots switched places earlier this year, they garnered tremendous attention and continue to receive praise. Now, a video highlighting the triumphs and challenges of such a production has been released by the Alinea team. The clip feels reminiscent of Sin City and some early, albeit mouthwatering, seasons of The Real World.
