Veteran food writer Joe DiStefano, whose beat is often Queens and the ethnic culinary glories thereof, launched a new website yesterday called Chopsticks and Marrow. Early articles put up in a flurry of activity cover hot dogs and pizza in Chicago, an excellent cevicheria in Jackson Heights, and the Lower East Side's Mission Chinese.
